Calendly is the better-known product, with more integrations and a longer track record. Kaien is the better choice if you're an Indian solo professional or small team: priced in INR, designed for one person, and free where Calendly's free tier ends. Here's the comparison, with the math.

Calendly integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Marketo, Pardot, and a dozen others. Kaien today integrates with Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Razorpay. If you're an SMB or solo professional in India, you almost certainly use Google Workspace already, and the integrations Calendly markets to global enterprise teams won't change your day-to-day. We'd rather build the few things you actually use deeply than the long list shallowly. Outlook is in active development; Apple Calendar follows.
Calendly has been around since 2013. Kaien is much newer. But scheduling software is a solved problem: the engineering is well understood, the conflict-checking math is well understood, and the email-sending infrastructure is well understood. Kaien runs on the same building blocks (Google Calendar API, Google's mail infrastructure via Resend, PostgreSQL via Supabase) every modern booking tool runs on. The reliability question isn't about age; it's about whether the team behind the product fixes things when they break. We do.
Booking pages aren't really 'migrated'. You set them up fresh in Kaien (it takes about four minutes), redirect any old Calendly links to your new Kaien link, and tell anyone with the old URL the new one. Past bookings live in your Google Calendar regardless of which tool created them. Reach out if you have a specific migration question and we'll walk through it.
Calendly's prices are USD-converted; the figures below use the current exchange rate. Kaien's prices are fixed INR.
Calendly Standard is $10/user/month list price; Calendly Team is $13.20/user/month, converted at ₹83/USD. Kaien is fixed INR.

Sign up at kaien.app, connect Google Calendar, recreate your event types. Most coaches and consultants finish this in 4 minutes.
Update the link in your email signature, website, LinkedIn.
Replace calendly.com/yourname with kaien.app/yourname. Both URLs follow the same pattern, so this is mostly find-and-replace.
Cancel your Calendly subscription.
From Calendly's settings. Past bookings remain in your Google Calendar regardless. New bookings come through Kaien.
