By creating an account or using the Kaien service at getkaien.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. Each account is for a single individual. Accounts may not be shared or transferred without our written consent. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Kaien only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations, without prior notice in serious cases.
The Considered plan is billed monthly at ₹199 + applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%) and will appear on your invoice.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Considered features until the end of the current billing period. For billing disputes or refund requests in exceptional circumstances, refer to our pricing FAQ or email founder@getkaien.com.
We aim to keep Kaien available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
The Kaien name, logo, and product design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission. Your data (your event types, booking pages, and calendar content) remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you create using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaien and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the product. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
