What's included in Considered
The free plan covers everything you need to get started — unlimited event types, Google Calendar sync, and your own booking page. Considered adds the features that matter once you're booking regularly:
- Reminders: Automated email reminders sent to your guests before the meeting. Reduces no-shows significantly.
- Analytics: See which event types get the most bookings, your busiest days, and how far in advance people book.
- Custom branding: Remove the kaien badge from your booking page and use your own colors.
- Priority support: Replies within a few hours instead of a day.
Pricing
Considered is ₹199/month, billed monthly. There is no annual plan yet — we'll add one when enough people ask for it. There's no per-seat pricing, no usage limits, and no surprise charges. ₹199 flat.
How to upgrade
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Plan and click Upgrade to Considered. You'll be taken to a Razorpay checkout page. We accept all major Indian debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay — we never see your card details.
Once payment is confirmed, Considered features activate immediately. No waiting, no manual approval.
Billing cycle
Your billing date is set to the day you first upgraded. For example, if you upgrade on the 12th, you'll be billed on the 12th of each subsequent month. You can see your next billing date in Settings → Plan.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Plan and click Cancel subscription. Your Considered features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan — your event types, bookings, and data are all preserved. Nothing is deleted.
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged after you cancel. If you cancel on the 15th and your billing date is the 20th, you won't be charged again.
GST
The ₹199 price is inclusive of GST. We'll send a GST invoice to your registered email after each payment. If you need the invoice reissued or sent to a different address, email founder@getkaien.com.
